Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to CardGPT, a service of In Out Green ("the Company"), purchased at cardgpt.in.

1. Plans and billing

CardGPT is sold as a monthly subscription (₹2,500 per month) or a yearly subscription (₹25,000 per year), plus GST as applicable. Fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.

2. Free demo before you pay

We offer a demo on one of your own card designs before purchase, so you can confirm CardGPT works with your templates and fonts. Please use it: the refund terms below assume you have.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time by emailing cardgpt.in@gmail.com from the account owner's registered email or mobile number.
• Cancellation stops future charges. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and you can download all your files during that time.
• After the paid period ends the account becomes read-only for 30 days for downloads, then data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Refunds

• Monthly plan: fees for the current month are not refundable once the month has started. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Yearly plan: a full refund is available if you cancel within 14 days of the first payment and have generated fewer than 10 orders. After 14 days, the unused whole months remaining in the year are refunded at the monthly rate of ₹2,500 per month used, i.e. refund = amount paid − (months used × ₹2,500), less any payment gateway charges. Renewal payments follow the same 14-day rule.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.
• Extended outage: if the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours because of us, we credit the affected days to your next bill, or refund them on request.

5. What is not refundable

Add-on WhatsApp staff seats already used in a billing period; fees for periods in which the account was suspended for a breach of the Terms and Conditions; and costs you incur outside CardGPT (for example printing) — every proof must be checked before printing, and every change can be undone in the app or on WhatsApp.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. Payment gateway fees, where non-recoverable, may be deducted. We confirm every refund by email.

7. How to request

Email cardgpt.in@gmail.com with your press name, registered mobile number and the invoice number. We respond within 3 working days.
